The following Pricing Optimization Proposal is in response to Schreiber Food’s January, 2020 RFP and is based upon the information provided in their RFP documents, a 30 minute teleconference and their responses to our RFP questions.
Schreiber’s Stated Scope (Objective):
Evaluate Schreiber’s US Customer Pricing Processes, provide recommended changes to Schreiber pricing process & potentially organizational structure.
1. Understand and evaluate current pricing processes
2. Identify process improvements for pricing
3. Identify potential new processes for pricing
4. Share best practices for pricing process and structure for decision making
5. Evaluate and provide a recommendation on organizational structure based on the new processes

Who we are:
Price to Profits Consulting, LLC (P2P) is a boutique consulting firm, located at 122 Hartefeld Drive, Avondale, PA 19311 and founded and managed by Joanne M Smith, President. The company was formed in 2013 and operates with an affiliate partners approach. Joanne delivers the primary consulting and when needed, brings in the most appropriately skilled affiliate partner(s) for a given engagement to supplement her team.
